Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added, and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.
Update includes:
- Multi-unit dropdown option in stocktake (for iOS devices)
- Tax% modification for closed deliveries
Multi-unit dropdown option in stocktake (for iOS devices)
For iOS devices, users will have the capability to record inventory for multiple product units within the same period simultaneously. This enhancement allows for a more efficient and streamlined process, as it eliminates the need for manually converting units to match the physical stock. By enabling the simultaneous recording of various product units, users can save time and reduce the likelihood of errors associated with manual conversions, ultimately improving the accuracy and ease of inventory management on iOS devices.
Tax% modification for closed deliveries(Web Update)
STO now provides the capability for users to modify the tax percentage for supplier products associated with closed or accepted deliveries within the system. To have this feature enabled, you are required to contact the STO support team.
Once this feature has been enabled, please navigate to list deliveries to select and edit the relevant closed delivery, adjust the tax percentage accordingly, and save the changes. Kindly note that the period must be open to permit such modifications.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.
