Package size set-up

Package size set-up can be used when you want to add a new pack size for a product or manage the pack sizes currently present in the system (STO).

Pack sizes for your original product range will be created while setting up your system but you can add a new pack size anytime by following the below steps:

• Go to Setup > Pack-Size Setup 

• For adding a new pack size, select units for the required pack size from Add new pack-size

• Select the primary unit (from the dropdown) which will have 1 as the default quantity & thereafter add secondary units as per requirement by clicking on more... You can add 5 more fields/units apart from the primary unit.

• Once all the units are added, click on Save for adding the pack size in the system.
• Units added by mistake can be removed by clicking on delete.

          Note: Quantity for secondary units can be added manually.

• All the pack sizes currently present in the system can be found listed under Pack-Size List.
• Pack sizes that are no longer used & not assigned to any products can be archived from the Pack-Size List section. There is an option of [Delete] next to the pack sizes which are not assigned to any product currently in the system.

Note: For deleting a pack size that is already assigned to a product – first you need to change the pack size assigned to that product or archive that product.
