STO Update – 12th September 2021

 

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will no doubt be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We are always striving to improve on our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.

 

Please read through the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always.

 

What’s new on Stocktake Online?

  • Sales by category report will give you option to select end period along with the start period
  • Now you will see EPOS sales price and recipe sales price in sales by category report
  • Quick Update - Products will give you option to update bin number instead of hotel charge, if hotel charge is disabled.
  • Bug fixes

 

Sales by category report will give you option to select end period along with start period:

You can now view sales data for more than one period by selecting end period in sales by category report.

Now you will see EPOS sales price and recipe sales price in sales by category report:

You can now check the price at which you are selling recipes in your restaurant and the price of recipe entered on Stocktake Online in sales by category report.

Quick Update - Products will give you option to update bin number instead of hotel charge, if hotel charge is disabled:

You will have other field to update "bin number" in Quick Update - Products if hotel charge is disabled.
