This report is used for a quick check of reconciliation between recipe sales across multiple sections. This will display recipes that have sales split between sections.
- Use the Select Category drop-down to choose a Section to view.
- Select a Period.
- Click on the View Report button.
- The table displays the following information:
- Recipe Name - the name of the recipe
- Recipe Category - the sales category of the recipe
- Product - the name of the product in the recipe
- Product Category - the product category the product is located in
- Sales Amt - the sales amount of the product in the recipe
- Total sales - the total sales of the recipe
- % - The percentage sales amount of the total sales
- The total as per the gross profit report will be displayed at the bottom of the table.
- The report header contains:
- Location
- Report Title
- Period Status. Username, date, and time stamp
- The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, exporting to Excel, PDF, Word, and a print function.
