Quick Update - Recipes

The Quick Update page for recipes will allow you to change a number of fields governing your recipes instantly.

  • Using the drop-down menus and the search bar you will be able to look through all of your recipes.
  • On this screen you will be able to change the following:
    • PLU numbers - the PLU allocated to that recipe
    • EpoS Sales Percentage - the percentage of sales revenue allocated to this recipe. Please note the default is 100 and in most cases this will be correct
    • Recipe Name - the name of the recipe
    • Grouping - Sales Categories and Groups of your recipes
    • Tag this item - If a recipe needs to be tagged for the Recipe GP Analysis report
    • Tax - the percentage of tax applied to this recipe
    • Sales Price - the sales price of this recipe
    • Target GP % set while creating the recipe
  • You will also see but not be able to change:
    • Recipe Cost - the cost of this recipe
    • Gross Profit - the gross profit obtained from selling this recipe
    • GP % - the gross profit percentage associated with this recipe

This page autosaves, so any changes you make will be instantly applied.

  • If you would like to view the information in a .CSV format, click on Export.
  • Clicking Print will show you an easy-to-read page for printing.
  • <<Previous & next>> options can be used to switch over the page in case of multiple recipes spreaded over multiple pages.
