When you click on the amount of any transfer from the Transfers list, you can see a more detailed breakdown.
This page will contain:
- Product & Pack-Size
- Cost / Unit
- Actual Price
- Units
- Actual Qty
- Total Cost
At the top of the screen will be the basic transfer information:
- Adjustment Type
- Date / Reference - Transfer date & the unique reference code for this transfer
- Location comment - You will be able to edit comments after the transfer has taken place, even in a closed or approved period.
- Location Name
- Entered by – the name of the user that placed the transfer and the date the transfer was entered on
- Created by, Approved by, Transferred by, and Accepted by details will be displayed below the transfer information. If it is yet to be accepted, it will show as "Not yet accepted".
At the bottom of the screen is a View PDF button you can use to view the information in .PDF format.
Click on to return to the transfer list.
