Scheduled Price Update Follow
This feature allows users to efficiently plan and schedule product price updates from suppliers in advance. By utilising this functionality, users can ensure that any changes in product pricing are implemented in one click on the specified date. This helps in maintaining accurate pricing and streamlines the process of managing supplier price changes. To take advantage of this feature, navigate to the Suppliers section in your system. From there, select Scheduled Price Update. This will open the interface where you can set up and manage all upcoming price adjustments, ensuring that your product prices are always up to date according to the schedules you have defined.
Select the supplier & Update date to move ahead with inserting new prices.
Enter the updated prices; they will save automatically. Please do not click "Apply" at the bottom right, as it applies the prices immediately.
On the implementation day, return and select the schedule under "View Saved Product Price".
When the schedule appears, click "Apply" to activate the changes.
