Recipe GP Analysis

Analysis of EPoS sales, menu prices, recipe costs, and GP across selected periods.

  • Use the drop-down menus to select your category, start and end periods.

  • Click on the View Report button.
  • A table with the following information will be displayed:
    • Recipe Name - the name of the recipe
    • Sales Group - The sales group the recipe is located in
    • Qty Sold - the quantity of the recipe sold within the selected periods
    • Menu Price (Gross) - the gross menu sales price of the recipe
    • Menu Price (Net) - the net menu sales price of the recipe
    • Avg Price - the average sales price of the recipe
    • Recipe Cost - the cost of the recipe
    • Recipe GP - the gross profit amount of the recipe
    • EPoS Sales - the sales amount of the recipe
    • Total Cost - the total cost of the recipes sold
    • GP Amount - the total gross profit amount made from the recipe sold
    • GP % - the gross profit percentage made from the recipe sold
  • The report header contains:
    • Location
    • Report title and Period selection details
    • Period No. & Status. Username, date, and time stamp
  • The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, exporting to Excel, PDF, Word, and a print function.
