Product wise Delivery Report

Using Product wise Delivery Report, the user can fetch the exact purchase data from the system for the required time frame.

The report can be accessed from Data Export > Accounting Exports > Product wise delivery report

Select the category along with the start and end date for pulling the purchase data. Enabling the "Show returns" checkbox will pull the report with all the return data in negative giving us the exact purchase numbers in terms of quantity & price. If disabled, returns data will be displayed in positive hence it is suggested to pull the report by enabling the checkbox. Once selected, click on "Download" to fetch the report. 

Column P in the report represents the product delivered quantity while Column R represents the total delivery amount for the product. All the returned data appears in negative numbers so to get the overall purchase for the selected category and duration, the sum of P will give the total delivered quantity while that of R will give the total delivered amount.
