Product Allergens Report

This report displays a table detailing any allergens (of the 14 major allergens recorded on STO) associated with each product.

• Use the Select Category field to choose your Section / Category / Group to view.
• Click on View report once you have selected.
• The report table displays:
  • Product
  • Category
  • Allergens
    • Egg
    • Milk
    • Fish
    • Crustacean
    • Mollusc
    • Peanuts
    • Nuts
    • Sesame
    • Gluten
    • Soya
    • Celery
    • Mustard
    • Lupin
    • Sulphite
• The report header contains:
  • Location and Section
  • Product with Allergens Count
  • Username, date, and time stamp

• The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, as well as exporting to Excel, PDF, and Word, and a print function.
