This report displays a table detailing any allergens (of the 14 major allergens recorded on STO) associated with each product.
- Use the Select Category field to choose your Section / Category / Group to view.
- Click on View report once you have selected.
- The report table displays:
- Product
- Category
- Allergens
- Egg
- Milk
- Fish
- Crustacean
- Mollusc
- Peanuts
- Nuts
- Sesame
- Gluten
- Soya
- Celery
- Mustard
- Lupin
- Sulphite
- The report header contains:
- Location and Section
- Product with Allergens Count
- Username, date, and time stamp
- The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, as well as exporting to Excel, PDF, and Word, and a print function.
