This report displays a breakdown of recipe sales and theoretical gross profit for the selected periods.
- Use the drop-down menus to select the Section/Category/Group and periods you wish to view theoretical gross profit figures for.
- Click the View report button.
- A table with the following columns will be displayed:
- Recipe Name - the name of the recipe.
- Epos ID - the (PLU/Item UPC/SKU) unique designation code of the recipe.
- Qty Sold - the number of times this recipe was sold.
- Gross Sales - the gross currency value of the sales.
- Net Sales - the net currency value of the sales.
- Cost Of Sales - the currency cost value of the sales.
- Theo GP - the theoretical GP generated from the above information and the recipe details on STO.
- Theo GP % - the theoretical GP percentage based on the above information.
- Category titles will be highlighted GREY.
- Group titles will be highlighted GREEN.
- The report header contains:
- Location
- Report Title
- Period Status. Username, date, and time stamp
- The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, exporting to Excel, PDF, Word, and a print function.
