This report displays free-of-charge (FOC) delivery quantity information by product across periods.
- Use the Select Category drop-down to choose a section/category/group of products to view.
- Select a Start Period and an End Period.
- Click on the View Report button.
- The table displays the following information:
- Product - the name of the product
- Category - the Category and Group the product is located in
- Pack-Size - the Pack-Size of this product
- Units - the unit of the product considered in the delivery
- Standard:
- Qty - the quantity of the product delivered
- Amount - the amount of the product delivered
- FOC:
- Qty - the quantity of the free-of-charge stock delivered
- Amount - the amount of the product delivered (will always be zero)
- Total:
- Total Qty - the total quantity of standard and FOC products delivered
- Total Amount - the total amount of standard and FOC products delivered
- Sub-totals are displayed in GREY beneath each Group.
- Totals for Categories are displayed in GREEN.
- The report header contains:
- Location
- Report title
- Period No. & Status. Username, date, and time stamp
- The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, as well as exporting to Excel, PDF, and Word, and a print function.
