Recipe with product cost information

  • Use the Select Category menu to choose a Section / Category / Group to view.

  • Click on the View Report button.
  • The report displays the following information on each recipe
    • Recipe Name - the name of the recipe
    • Tax (%) - the tax percentage added to the recipe
    • Sales Price - the sales price of the recipe on STO (if available)
    • PLU
    • Product [Product Group] - the product name first and the product group it belongs to in square brackets afterward
    • Usage qty - the proportion of the product used in the recipe
    • Line Cost - the cost of the item used in the recipe
    • Total Cost - the total cost of the recipe
    • Gross Profit - percentage (%) and gross profit information
  • The report header contains:
    • Location
    • Report Title
    • Username, date, and time stamp
  • The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, exporting to Excel, PDF, Word, and a print function.
