Transfer Summary By Location

This report summarises transfers according to location.

• Use the Select Category drop-down to choose a section/category/group of products to view.
• Select a Start Period and an End Period.

• Click on the View Report button.
• The table displays the following information:
  
  • Group Name - the Group the product is located in
  • Locations - the location involved in the transfer
  • Units - the transferred stock unit measured
  • Transfer IN - items transferred into this location
    • Qty - the quantity of the product transferred
    • Amount - the value of that quantity of product
  • Transfer OUT - items transferred out of this location
    • Qty - the quantity of the product transferred
    • Amount - the value of that quantity of product
• The report header contains:
  • Location
  • Report Title and Period Selection
  • Period No. & Status. Username, date, and time stamp 

• The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, as well as exporting to Excel, PDF, and Word, and a print function.
