Theoretical vs linecount on selected date

Theoretical vs linecount on selected date will allow users to check variances between their theoretical stock amounts and their entered line counts.

  • Use the Select Category drop-down to choose a section / category / group of products to view.
  • Select a Date.

  • Click on the View Report button.
  • The table displays the following information:
    • Product - the name of the product
    • Category - the Category and Group the product is located in
    • Pack-Size - the Pack-Size of this product
    • Unit- the default stock count unit and the unit concerned in the quantity measurement
    • Theo Qty - the theoretical quantity of the product considered on that date
    • Line Count - the manually entered quantity of the stock from the line count
    • Variance - the difference is quantity between the two values, Theo Qty and Line Count
  • The report header contains:
    • Location
    • Date Selection
    • Username, date and time stamp
