Product Header

A Product header is a product without any supplier or pack size attached. This may be because that information has been archived, or in multi-site locations, a header may be seen where the supplier and pack-size is not available to your location.

Product headers are shown in the product list with a flag icon: 

To add a product header (with no supplier or pack size), click on Add Products and choose Add Only Product Header.

• Fill in the product’s name.
• Choose a category for the product from the drop-down menu.
• Tick any allergens applicable to the product.
• The use of a Bin number is optional.
• In Multi-site locations - Using the tick boxes, select which locations you would like the product header to be available from the Location Listing.

Product image can be uploaded if needed. Once done, click on Save Product to save the record.

Products without any package will not be available in any of the lists or reports.
