Pending Deliveries Follow
All the Pending Deliveries will be displayed under Accept Delivery under Orders on the left panel or Deliveries() at the top right corner that will hold all of your deliveries that are fully pending, partially delivered, and transfers.
- Pending deliveries need to be checked and approved by those having the rights and can be edited at any time of acceptance to reflect the quantity of the products delivered and their costs.
- To add items at the time of delivery, click on Add Order Item.
- Deliveries can be fully pending or partially delivered.
- Fully pending means the entire order is yet to arrive.
- Partially delivered means that some of the items are delivered, but some item or items are pending. This also indicates that though the items have not arrived, they will in the future, rather than being unavailable or canceled.
- Deliveries with the save icon () have been saved & closed. This means details have been edited and saved but the delivery has not yet been accepted.
- The Emailed column displays various icons indicating the status of the order e-mail.
- The pencil icon ()indicates a Manual Order
- An envelope with a red x () indicates a failed e-mail order.
- An envelope icon with a green tick ()indicates a successful e-mail order.
- Clicking on Accept Delivery will take you to the Accept Delivery page.
- You can generate an invoice or vian ew invoice by clicking on Generate Invoice or Show Invoice under the "Del:" tab after clicking on Accept Delivery.
- Clicking on Order No. allows you to view the order information and create a new order from that order.
- Several of the headers can be used to re-arrange the delivery information.
- This page will also display your Pending Transfers.
- You can use the and buttons to switch between a supplier or product view.
- If you would like to view the information in a .CSV format, click on Export.
- Clicking Print will show you an easy-to-read page for printing.
Export & Print options are available for both Pending Deliveries & Pending Transfers.
