Price Variance on Deliveries

This report presents users with their product price variances on deliveries within a selected period.

• Use the Select Period menu to choose a period to view.

• Click on the View Report button.
• The table displays the following information:
  
  • Delivery Date – the date the product was delivered
  • Delivery No. – delivery note number
  • Inv No. - invoice number
  • Supplier – the name of the supplier who provided the product
  • Product – name of the product
  • Pack Size – The packaging size you received the product in
  • Order Price – the price the product was ordered at
  • Inv. Price – the price the product was delivered at
  • Variance - the difference between the Order Price and the Actual Price
  • Actual Qty – the amount of product delivered affected by the price change
  • Total Amount - Variance X Quantity
• The report header contains:
  • Location and Section
  • Report Title and Product Count
  • Period No. & Status. Username, date, and time stamp

• The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, as well as exporting to Excel, PDF, and Word, and a print function.
