Recipe GP Analysis Follow
Analysis of EPoS sales, menu prices, recipe costs, and GP across selected periods.
- Use the drop-down menus to select your category, start and end periods.
- Click on the View Report button.
- A table with the following information will be displayed:
- Recipe Name - the name of the recipe
- Sales Group - The sales group the recipe is located in
- Qty Sold - the quantity of the recipe sold within the selected periods
- Menu Price (Gross) - the gross menu sales price of the recipe
- Menu Price (Net) - the net menu sales price of the recipe
- Avg Price - the average sales price of the recipe
- Recipe Cost - the cost of the recipe
- Recipe GP - the gross profit amount of the recipe
- EPoS Sales - the sales amount of the recipe
- Total Cost - the total cost of the recipes sold
- GP Amount - the total gross profit amount made from the recipe sold
- GP % - the gross profit percentage made from the recipe sold
- The report header contains:
- Location
- Report title and Period selection details
- Period No. & Status. Username, date, and time stamp
- The report options bar contains paging-navigation, refresh, searching, and zoom options, exporting to Excel, PDF, Word, and a print function.
