Bulk Batch Update

Following the function of the features Bulk Product Update and Bulk Package Update, this option can be used to replace a batch involved in multiple recipes (or other batches) with a new batch or product.

• Select a Batch from the Product List or Recipe Menu.

• Click on the Recipe for this batch tab.

• If this batch is present in any recipes (or other batches) they will be listed here.

• Click on the Bulk Batch Update button.

• Here you can select products and batches to replace this one in some or all of the listed recipes.
• Click on the Select Product field and use the list to find and select your desired product.

• Once you have selected a product, you can choose which recipes to update using the tick boxes to the left of their names. The tickbox next to the Recipe Name header can be used to select/deselect all.

• Once you are happy with your selections, click on the Update Selected button.

• The recipes will now contain the newly selected item.

Please note: this will only work if matching units are available. ML for ML, GR for GR, PAC for PAC, or where conversions are accepted. You will not be able to swap out products with incompatible pack sizes. For example, if a product is in a recipe with the unit 1 ECH, you will not be able to swap it with a product that uses MLs.
