▶️Manual Batch Processing

The Manual Batch Process is the most accurate way for the system to calculate your batch usage. This is equivalent to ordering raw products for your batches.

Select Batch Processing from the main menu.

Then choose Manual Batch Process.

• You can select the date - whether you wish to enter manual processing data daily or at the end of a period is up to you. Multiple manual entries can be made within a period.
• You can add comments to your batch process should they be required.
• A table displaying your various batch details (name, cost, etc.) will be displayed.
• At the right side of this table, you can enter the quantity (Batch Qty) of the batches you have created.
  • Please note the unit type you are entering quantities for.

Once you have entered your quantities, click on the Save Batch button at the bottom. The system will process your batches, transferring raw ingredients into their chosen batch form. Once complete you be shown the Batch List page. Details of processed batches will be shown under "Batch Processed" while that of respective depleted ingredients will be under "Ingredients Used" which can be pulled by clicking on the amount.

Please note:

• It is especially important to note that the Auto Batch Process will overwrite ALL Manual Batch Processes within that period.
