▶️Auto Batch Processing Follow
The Auto Batch Process will calculate your batch usage using your sales data. For this process to work you must have:
- Sales Imported
- Batches Created
- Recipes using batches fully finished (PLUs, etc.)

To run the Auto Batch Process:
Select Batch Processing from the main menu.
Then choose Auto-Batch Process.
- Select a Period.
- Select a Category.
- Click Show Batches to Process.
- A list of your batches, their units, processing costs, and quantities will be displayed.
- Use the tick boxes to select/de-select the batches you want processed. All batches will be ticked by default. The tick-box at the top next to the Product header serves as a 'select all' option.
- When you’re finished, click the Process selected batches… button at the bottom.
This process will deplete the raw ingredients used within your processed batches.
Please note:
- It is especially important to note that the Auto Batch Process will overwrite ALL Manual Batch Processes within that period.
