Auto Batch Processing

The Auto Batch Process will calculate your batch usage using your sales data. For this process to work you must have:

  • Sales Imported
  • Batches Created
  • Recipes using batches fully finished (PLUs, etc.)

To run the Auto Batch Process:

Select Batch Processing from the main menu.

Then choose Auto-Batch Process.

  • Select a Period.
  • Select a Category.
  • Click Show Batches to Process.
  • A list of your batches, their units, processing costs, and quantities will be displayed.

  • Use the tick boxes to select/de-select the batches you want processed. All batches will be ticked by default. The tick-box at the top next to the Product header serves as a 'select all' option.
  • When you’re finished, click the Process selected batches… button at the bottom.

This process will deplete the raw ingredients used within your processed batches.
