▶️Auto Batch Processing Follow
The Auto Batch Process will calculate your batch usage using your sales data. For this process to work you must have:
- Sales Imported
- Batches Created
- Recipes using batches fully finished (PLUs, etc.)

To run the Auto Batch Process:
Select Batch Processing from the main menu.
Then choose Auto-Batch Process.
- Select a Period.
- Select a Category.
- Click Show Batches to Process.
- A list of your batches, their units, processing costs, and quantities will be displayed.
- Use the tick boxes to select/deselect the batches you want processed. All batches will be ticked by default. The tick-box at the top next to the Product header serves as a 'select all' option.
- When you’re finished, click the Process selected batches… button at the bottom.
This process will deplete the raw ingredients used within your processed batches.
If no batches appear on this page, it means there are no batches to process. Batch stock is sufficient as per the imported sales, so processing batches is not required. You can contact our STO support team for verification.
Please note:
- It is especially important to note that the Auto Batch Process will overwrite ALL Manual Batch Processes within that period.
