Changing packsize of the product:
Add a new pack size which you want to keep for the product
Click on setup, and select pack size setup.
Add a pack size of your choice (select the unit from the drop-down). You can keep the pack size up to 6 units.
Go to the product list, and search product for which you want to change the pack size. Click on the name of the product.
Click on edit at the bottom of the page.
Click on the pen icon and add the new pack size along with other required information.
Save changes and archive the old pack size if no longer in use.
Packsize will get changed in the product. Please note archiving wouldn't be allowed if the pack size is active in any of the lists, refer to Archiving Products & Batches for details.
