STO Update 3rd Sep 2023
Dear Stocktake Online Users,
As you will no doubt be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We are always striving to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.
Please read the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.
Today’s Update includes:
- Two new reports "GPDrop", and "Par level drop" are added in the report section.
- Enabling notifications(Gpdrop, Parlevel, Adjustment) for client users.
- Added PLU field to Recipe GP Analysis report.
- Drag and drop option to upload invoice and delivery pdf.
- Category filter functionality on the order
Two new reports - "GPDrop", and "Par level drop"
The "GPDrop" report will fetch the recipes from the selected category where the GP is lower than the target GP set for the recipe. It is added under Reports > Sales and GP > GP Drop report. Target GP can be set while creating a recipe or can be changed anytime from the Quick Update option under Recipes.
The "Par level drop" report will show all the products from the selected category that will have stock lower than the defined par level. It is added under Reports > Stock and Consumption >Par level drop report. The par level can be set while creating a product or can be changed anytime from the Quick Update option under Products.
Both of these reports will work as per the current data in the system & cannot be checked for past time frames.
Enabling notifications(Gpdrop, Parlevel, Adjustment) for client users
Users can now be notified with the previous day's data of GPDrop, Par level drop & adjustments recorded in the system. Enabled users will get a daily notification email with the details at 4 AM GMT. Notification can be enabled from User Management > user > Notification Rights.
Added PLU field to Recipe GP Analysis report
The PLU column has been added to the Recipe GP Analysis Report.
Drag and drop option to upload invoice and delivery pdf
For uploading invoices in the delivery, the drag and drop option has been enabled to upload a file on the system. The choose & upload option can be used as well. This will be accessible while accepting deliveries on the database or uploading the accepted deliveries from the "List Deliveries" option. This option is available only for web version.
Category filter functionality on the order
While creating an order from the app, a category filter option has been added to filter out suppliers based on the selected category.
