Why is my Order not Sending?

Occasionally when placing an order, intending that the E-mail should be sent to a supplier, you may find that it does not work for a number of reasons:

  1. No E-mail is set up
  2. The E-mail setup is incorrect, or details have changed
  3. IT related problems
  4. The supplier's e-mail is not enabled
  5. Pop-ups have not been 'allowed' on Stocktake Online

1. If no E-mail is set up, please contact the STO Support Team to discuss setting up an order E-mail address:

Emailsupport@stocktake-online.com (24hrs)

Phone: +44 (0) 203 696 1150 (24hrs)

2. If E-mail details are incorrect or need changing, please inform the STO Support Team or your Admin user so that the details can be updated. The most common change would obviously be password-related, and this will need to be updated on STO before the order E-mails work. For multiple emails for a supplier - the format should be emailID1, emailID2

3. If there is an issue with your order E-mail address beyond the ordinary, please contact the STO Support Team or your IT department.

4. To enable suppliers' e-mail addresses, you will need to go to the supplier's details and ensure the e-mail information is correct and that the Email Order box is ticked.
