Product Stores

The stock store system can be used to customise your stocktaking procedure. Generally the system is set up so that you can stocktake by location, though it can be used in other ways. If you'd like more advice about this please discuss with the STO Support Team.

If nothing has been set up yet, you will see this screen:

  • If you'd like to set up your product stores, please speak to the STO Support Team or check out the Stock Stores Setup page.
  • If you have a store (or multiple stores) available, you will instead see something like this:

  • Here you can assign products to a store.
  • Using the drop-down menu, select the category of the product you wish to assign to a store.
  • Allocate products to stores using the checkboxes. 
  • Stores can be filtered using the drop-down. Choose the required stores & click on Apply.
  • Remember this is an auto-save page.
  • You can use the search bar to quickly find products rather than scrolling through categories.
