Stock stores can be set up to assist with your stocktaking procedure.
- If requested during the setup phase, initial stock stores would have been created for you. If you would like to add to these, or create your first stores, we advise reading up on the use of Product Stores or speaking to the STO Support Team.
- To add a Store area, input its name into the designated bar and click on the Save Area button next to it.
- To add a section to this area, use the drop down menu of Select Store Area to select your chosen area and give the section a name.
- Once named, click on the Save Section button.
- You can now allocate products to these stores under the Product Stores menu.
Clicking on any of the stock stores areas will give you the option to edit their name(s), and view how many stores are allocated to that section.
Clicking on the stock store sections will give you the option to edit their name(s) and view how many products are allocated to that section.
Empty stores (sections with zero (0) products allocated or areas with zero (0) sections) will have a delete button present. Stores must be emptied before they can be deleted.
