The STO APP contains basic Product details to help with your orders and stocktaking.
To review product information, ensure you are on the Products Tab.
- The Products page will display a list of all your products by Section / Category / Group, similar to the product list on STO WEB.
- You can scroll through this list or access the search bar using the red magnifying glass icon in the top right corner to locate the product you wish to review.
- The camera icon on the right side of every product can be used to view product details. or tap on a product to see its details.
- The product details page will display:
- Product Name - the name of the product
- Section / Category / Group - the location of the product
- Supplier Name - the name of the supplier the product is purchased from
- Pack-Size - the packaging unit the product comes in
- Cost Price / Cost Price Unit - the cost of the product (excluding tax) and the unit of measurement the cost applies to
- Defaults:
- Default Order Unit - the default unit used to order the product
- Default Count Unit - the default unit used to count the product in stocktake
- Default Usage Unit - the default unit used in recipes for the product
- The page will list all of the pack sizes and suppliers available for that product.
- Deliveries & stocktake for the product can be checked using the respective symbols on the product details page.
- You can scroll down to check all of the details if necessary.
- Note that the default pack size will be highlighted with an orange tag icon.
You can return to the Product List page by tapping on the < option.
- At any time you can return to the location selection menu by tapping the banner at the top of the page.
