User Profile on the Android App

The User Profile section of the APP can be found by tapping the User Icon in the top left at any time.

• The header of the user section contains:
  • Your Username - The username currently used to log in to the APP
  • Your Client Code - the client code for this login
  • Location - the current location you are logged into

• The Profile page contains: 
  • Notifications - shows notifications for the location
  • Privacy - links to the Stocktake Online Privacy Statement
  • Help - links to the STO Help Centre
  • Contact Us - links to the STO Support Team e-mail address
  • Chat with us - raise queries using live chat
  • Chat with WhatsApp - will redirect to WhatsApp & queries can be raised for instant resolutions
