The User Profile section of the APP can be found by tapping the User Icon in the top left at any time.
- The header of the user section contains:
- Your Username - The username currently used to log in to the APP
- Your Client Code - the client code for this login
- Location - the current location you are logged into
- The Profile page contains:
- Notifications - shows notifications for the location
- Privacy - links to the Stocktake Online Privacy Statement
- Help - links to the STO Help Centre
- Contact Us - links to the STO Support Team e-mail address
- Chat with us - raise queries using live chat
- Chat with WhatsApp - will redirect to WhatsApp & queries can be raised for instant resolutions
