Sales on the Android App

The Sales feature on the APP will give you a basic Gross Profit figure based on the available data.

• You will need to ensure you are on the Sales Tab.

 

• Tap the calendar icon in the top right.

 

• The calendar menu will display the last 50 closed periods and the Sections you have the rights to view.

 

• Select a Period and a Section and tap Confirm to view the GP details. You can select Cancel to return to the main Sales Page.

The Sales-GP page presents the following data:

• Section and Period information - dates and number of the period
• Sales - The currency value of your sales for that period

 

• Cost
  • Opening Stock - the total cost of the opening stock for the selected period
  • Deliveries - the total cost of deliveries for the selected period
  • Adjustments - the total cost of adjustments for the selected period
  • Closing Stock - the total cost of the closing stock for the selected period

 

• Total Cost - the total cost of the above data using the formula Opening Stock + Deliveries + Adjustments - Closing Stock.

 

• Profit
  • Gross Profit - the gross profit after costs
  • Gross Profit % - the percentage of gross profit for the selected period

 

• The sales information is taken from the EPoS through STO WEB.

Swiping down on any page on the app will refresh it, to update the page information.

• At any time you can return to the location selection menu by tapping the banner at the top of the page
