STO Update 20th July'24
Dear Stocktake Online Users,
As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.
Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.
Update includes:
- Product expiry & delivery comment field while accepting deliveries.
- Visibility of Optional Order Unit on Order Page
Product expiry & delivery comment field while accepting deliveries
At the time of accepting orders, the product expiry date can be added for reference along with the comments if any. Please note this expiry will not be added to the product level & will be recorded as a part of a specific delivery. This needs to be enabled from Setup > Location Setup > Other Settings.
A new report for product expiry information has been added to fetch products expiring within 1,3 & 5 days.
This is available only in the web version.
Visibility of Optional Order Unit on Order Page
Users while creating new orders on the system will be able to see optional order units for the products.
