Dear Stocktake Online Users,
As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.
Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.
Update includes:
- Order approval periodic budget
- Recipe Info with product cost information report
- Visibility of Product code on order & delivery pages.
Order approval periodic budget
Users can now be allotted with periodic budget for order approval. This needs to be enabled from Setup > System Setups > Location Setup.
Once enabled, it can be set from Setup > Other Setups > User Order Approval Limit Setup
When enabled, users are to be assigned periodic budgets for order approval within the period. If a user is not assigned a budget or exceeds the defined budget during this period, they will encounter the following error while attempting to approve orders.
Please note this is for both manual and normal orders. This will work independently for all the locations in the database. The location admin can change the defined budget at any time.
Recipe Info with product cost information report
A new report has been added under Reports > Batches and Recipes > Recipe Info with product cost information.
This report can be used to retrieve ingredient details for individual recipes.
Visibility of Product code on order & delivery pages.
Product codes will be visible for both new and closed orders. On the order creation page, products can be searched using their product codes. Additionally, the product codes will be visible on all pages, from order creation to accepting delivery, and on closed deliveries.
