STO Update 24th May'24

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• Stocktake Report periodic notification
• Pending deliveries list
• Standing order for more than the current week
• Quick Update for the default product package

Stocktake Report periodic notification

A user right has been added for the stocktake report which will be fired at 4 am GMT after the period is approved. Access can be granted from User Management> Notification Rights.

Pending deliveries list

The list of pending deliveries will now show 2000 deliveries to be accepted. If the number exceeds 2000, it will fetch the last 2000 deliveries & as and when the deliveries are accepted, it will add the remaining pending deliveries.

Standing order for more than the current week

Users can now create standing orders with a delivery schedule of more than the current week. They can select the number of days which will be calculated as per the selected order frequency. E.g., If the order is scheduled for Monday & delivery is selected after "2" days, the system will schedule it for Wednesday.

Quick Update for the default product package

Default pack size can be updated using a dedicated feature under Products > Change Package Default. Products can be filtered using the Section/Category/Group/Search options & from the supplier dropdown against the product, and the default pack size to be updated can be selected. This is an auto-save page.
