Dear Stocktake Online Users,
As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.
Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added, and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.
Update includes:
- Order document upload after approval
- Sharing the order PDF
Order document upload after approval
Users can now upload documents, if required, at the order approval stage. To access this, go to the Approved list on the Orders page.
Open the order where the file needs to be uploaded, then click the camera icon located in the upper-right corner of the page.
The user can upload multiple images as needed. After selecting all the required images, click the Upload button to attach them to the order.
Sharing the order PDF
For situations where suppliers aren't accepting orders over email, users can share the PO copy after the order is approved. This can be done using the share icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
