Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We continually strive to enhance our software and services, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and your feedback, our valued users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added, and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• Bin Number in Stocktake
• Total Cost of Product on the delivery page

Bin Number in Stocktake

Users can now see the bin numbers assigned to products directly on the inventory page. In the example shown, numbers 27 and 52 represent the bin numbers allotted to the respective products.

Total Cost of Product on the delivery page

The total product cost will now be displayed for all pending deliveries, calculated as Ordered Quantity × Product Price. For closed deliveries, the total product cost will be calculated as Delivered Quantity × Product Price.
