Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We continually strive to enhance our software and services, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and your feedback, our valued users. Upon reviewing feedback from various sources, we identify areas for improvement and adjustments to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added, and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• Support for both German and English languages for all pages
• Added Cinnamon and Honey as allergen types
• Recipe comments visibility on recipe list display
• Sales summary with theoretical GP between dates report

Support for both German and English languages for all pages

The entire STO software is available in both English and German. Users can view or change the language at any time from the profile settings, and the changes will apply to their user interface.

Added Cinnamon and Honey as allergen types

Along with the existing list of allergens in our software, we have now added two more — Cinnamon and Honey — which can be used by our users as and when required.

Recipe comments visibility on recipe list display

The recipe list page displays all recipe details in the selected view below, including any comments, if applicable.

If the comment is lengthy, you can hover over it to view the full information.

Sales summary with theoretical GP between dates report

The earlier Sales Summary with Theoretical GP report worked periodically; however, this added variant allows users to pull data between any two dates.

This report displays a breakdown of recipe sales and theoretical gross profit for the selected date range.
