Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added, and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• Delivery summary by product all locations
• Weekly GP % on dashboard
• Create Order Request Report by Date
• Option to add delivery date on order request

Delivery summary by product all locations

We’ve introduced a new report that provides a delivery summary across all locations, product-wise, based on the selected category and timeframe. This report is available under Data Export.

To enable access to this report, please contact the STO Support Team.

Weekly GP % on dashboard

The Gross Profit Percentage (GP%) can now be viewed on the dashboard with a weekly frequency, in addition to the existing running period setup.

To access this feature, the option must be enabled for the user via User Gadgets.

Create Order Request Report by Date

A new report has been added under Data Export to fetch details of order requests created by users through the "Create Order Request" option.

This will help in tracking and analyzing user-initiated order requests more efficiently.

Option to add delivery date on order request

The Delivery Date option has now been added when placing an order request using the "Create Order Request" feature.

With this enhancement, order requests will remain in the Order Request List until the selected delivery date has passed, making the tracking process more efficient and streamlined.
