Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We continually strive to enhance our software and services, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and your feedback, our valued users. After looking through feedback from various sources, we identify areas for improvement and adjustments to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added, and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• "Export" option on the Stock review page
• User list report with all templates and location rights 
• User Activity Report
• Product sorting in the stocktake page

"Export" option on the Stock review page

We have added an export option that allows users to download a consolidated report of all counted items, providing better visibility into the recorded inventory.

User list report with all templates and location rights 

A report is now available that lists all users along with their category and location permissions. This can be found under the Data Export option.

User Activity Report

A new report has been added that lists user details, including account creation date, last login information, and current database status. This report is available under the Data Export option.
