Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• Par-level added in Product List Report
• Last Stocktaking date visible on the stocktake report.
• Location name will be available in the data export report excel.

Par-level added in Product List Report

The par-level column has been added in the report - Reports > Product List. Products that have par levels added will be visible in this report.

Last Stocktaking date visible on the stocktake report.

In the Stocktake report, the last stocktake date would be visible on the top of the report. Please note if two products from the selected category have different stocktaking dates, the latest one will show up on the report page.

Location name will be available in the data export report excel

All the reports under the Data Export option will have a location name visible at the end of the downloaded report name. Below is the sample report where "Location1" is the name of the location in the database.
