STO Update 21st Sep'24

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• New interface/method of new recipe creation
• Visibility of type of batch processing on the processed batches information page
• Default supplier on create order page for full product list by supplier and category methods

New interface/method of new recipe creation

Users can now create new recipes on STO using our new interface that allows ingredients to be added more feasibly. This will be a default method applied however if needed, users can switch to the old one by clicking "Try our old create recipe page" on the top right corner.

Visibility of type of batch processing on the processed batches information page

The processed batches page will now display the batch processing method name i.e., auto or manual as shown below. 

Default supplier on create order page for full product list by supplier and category methods

Order creation page for Full product list by supplier and category methods will show the default supplier set against all the products. The default supplier will have * symbol along with the supplier name.
