STO Update 17th June'24
Dear Stocktake Online Users,
As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.
Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.
Update includes:
- Parlevel and Stock in hand in order page.
- Order and Delivery PDF in the app.
- Single User Login (SSO) Across Multiple Databases.
Parlevel and Stock in hand in order page
While creating/approving orders on the app, users will now be able to see the par level & stock for each product making it more convenient to decide the required inventory.
Order and Delivery PDF in the app
For any of the closed deliveries in the mobile app, we can now fetch order PDF, delivery PDF & invoice copy if uploaded.
Click on the PDF symbol on the upper right corner of the delivery page.
This shows all the PDFs, which can be checked by clicking on the respective option - Order, Delivery & Invoice.
Single User Login (SSO) Across Multiple Databases.
Users with access to multiple locations via multi-databases can access STO for any of their locations via a single login. They can use the database independently as well & credentials will also work differently for both.
Once logged in with SSO (Single Sign-in Option), the below page will open up where the user needs to select the location. Selecting the location will allow them to check the respective database.
After logging into a specific location, clicking on the database name will redirect the user to the home page if they need to switch locations.
Password change for SSO can be done using the "Change Password" option on the home page.
Password changes for the individual locations (credentials to be used for accessing the respective location) will continue to work the same way.
Kindly note, that you need to contact the STO Support team to create SSO login for any user.
