STO Update 30th Nov'24

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• New interface/method of new batch creation
• Addition of various template rights for a recipe template
• Filter addition for product archive
• Visibility of cost % in recipe print copy
• Theoretical Sales GP report in Dashboard

New interface/method of new batch creation

Users can now create new batches on STO using our new interface that allows ingredients to be added more feasibly. This will be a default method applied however if needed, users can switch to the old one by clicking "Try our old page" on the top right corner.

Addition of various template rights for a recipe template

User management feature has now a few dedicated template rights for recipe template. This will enhance flexibility and control over who can access and modify recipe templates.

Filter addition for product archive

New filter has been added under Product Archive feature using which archived products & batches can be filtered out for a specific section. This will help users to better organize and manage their product archives, making it easier to find relevant archived items when needed.

Visibility of cost % in recipe print copy

The addition of cost percentage (Cost %) alongside the sales price and gross profit percentage (GP %) on the recipe print document is a valuable enhancement. This new feature will give users a clearer picture of the financial aspect of their recipes and help them make more informed decisions. 

Theoretical Sales GP report in Dashboard

Theoretical sales GP report has been added under gadget access rights of dashboard & will be available for graphical data visualizations, allowing users to see the theoretical sales GP data in the form of graphs, charts, or other visual elements in the dashboard. Please note data will be visible as per period setup only.
