STO Update – 17th October 2021

 

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will no doubt be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We are always striving to improve on our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.

 

Please read through the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always.

 

What’s new on Stocktake Online?

  • Now you can attach a document while creating an order
  • Now you can see food cost% along with GP% for individual recipe on recipe info page
  • New tab "batches" added to product info page, where you can see processed batch data
  • Status of rolling stock can be seen while closing period
  • Bug fixes

 

Attach a document while creating an order:

While creating an order, user can also upload a document.

Food cost% can be seen on recipe info page along with GP%:

User can see food cost% along with GP% for individual recipe on recipe info page.

Batches tab added to product info page:

Now you can see processed batch data for individual product on product info page.

Status of Rolling Stock can be seen while closing period:

User can identify whether rolling stock is enable or disable, while closing period.
