Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will no doubt be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We are always striving to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please read the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

• Consolidate GP report for the Enterprise users

• Sorting Feature & Menu GP (%) column Addition on Recipe GP Analysis Report
• Adjustment by Product between Dates Report
• Product list - Tax% column added in the existing report
• Delivery Charge while accepting deliveries from the mobile app
• Notes, preparation, and procedure details on the recipe page in the mobile app

Consolidate GP report for the Enterprise users

Users with enterprise access will be able to view all departments' GP information on the enterprise level for each location. It will provide data for the last closed period for the respective locations.

Sorting Feature & Menu GP (%) column Addition on Recipe GP Analysis Report

A sort option has been added to a few of the columns in the Recipe GP Analysis report along with the addition of a new column "Menu GP (%)"

Adjustment by Product between Dates Report

A new report has been added for fetching adjustment records between dates. Go to Reports > Transfers and Adjustments > Adjustment by Product between Dates

Data can be fetched between dates for the entire section or from a specific category/group as per requirement.

Product list - Tax% column added in the existing report

A new column displaying Tax % information for all the products has been added to the Product List report.

Delivery Charge while accepting deliveries from the mobile app

Users can add delivery charges while accepting deliveries from the app to match up their invoices. Please note it will have no impact on the reports.

Notes, preparation, and procedure details on the recipe page in the mobile app

Options for adding presentations, notes & procedures have been added at the bottom of the page on recipes page in the mobile app.
