Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will undoubtedly know, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Update includes:

  • Addition of WhatsApp Channel.
  • Date range for any search in the STO web app is fixed at 370 days.

  • Multiple web invoice attachments within the same closed delivery.

Addition of WhatsApp Channel

We have recently launched our WhatsApp channel for instant query resolutions in addition to our existing channels for web & app versions.

Web:-

App (Please update to the latest version):-

Date range for any search in the STO web app is fixed at 370 days

The data range filter on STO for fetching any data would now be limited to 370 days to speed up the processing & fetch the required report in less time. The system will show the error if the selected time frame exceeds 370 days. This will be applicable to fetch any data from the database.

Multiple web invoice attachments within the same closed delivery

Users can now upload multiple invoices for a single delivery on the web & system will club them all in a single PDF. Please note the size limit for the final attachment shouldn't exceed 3 MB. In case any of the invoices from the attachment needs to be deleted, it will delete the entire attachment & all PDFs will need to be re-uploaded.

Closed deliveries on the system can be accessed from the List Deliveries feature.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.
