STO Update – 15th November 2021

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will no doubt be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We are always striving to improve on our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.

Please read through the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always.

What’s new on Stocktake Online?

• Product code can be seen while creating an order as well as while accepting a delivery.
• New tab "Movement" added to product info page, where you can see consumption detail for a product.
• We have new report "Recipe without PLU" which will help you see those recipes which are created without PLU.
• Now you can decide the day of delivery for your standing orders.
• By keeping your cursor on supplier short name, under best price in product list, you can see full name of supplier.
• Bug fixes

You can see product code while creating an order and accepting a delivery.

With this new "Movement tab" you can check consumption detail of a product

It can help you see opening stock, your purchases, adjustments (outward/inward), closing stock, actual consumption and theoritical consumption along with variance quantity.

A new report got added in our report list "Recipe without PLU" which will help you see those recipe which are created without PLU.

It is very important to add PLU to recipes in order to link them to EPOS, this report will make your work easy as you already have name of those recipes in which PLUs are pending to update.

While creating standing order you can set day of delivery
