STO Update – 12th January 2022

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will no doubt be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We are always striving to improve on our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement.

Please read through the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always.

What’s new on Stocktake Online?

• Stocktake online like to introduce you to our new Enterprise report, which will give you consolidated data of all locations together. 
• Adding allergens to product made easy, now user can add allergens to products with Product Allergen option in main menu.
• We have added two new reports on STO in downloadable format, detailed consumption report (with quantity as well as value of products) and product wise delivery report.
• Bug fixes

Enterprise Report:

Overview: In overview, user will be able to see data of deliveries, sales and period status for all locations.

Orders: User can check orders by location, by supplier and order summary for individual location or for all locations together. User can even select individual category and date to view data. (details will be visible based on user access)

Deliveries: User can check delivery by location, by supplier and supplier summary for individual location or for all locations together. User can even select individual category and date to view data. (details will be visible based on user access)

Gross Profit: User can check gross profit for last closed period, also can compare GP between last and current period. User can even select individual category to view data. (details will be visible based on user access)

Allocating allergen to products is made easy with "Product Allergen" option in main menu.

New downloadable reports "detailed consumption report" (with quantity as well as value) and "product wise delivery report" are available:

User can view this report from Data export which is available on main menu.

Detailed Consumption Report (with unit and values)

User can view all details about stocks with help of this report. It gives you quantity of stocks as well as its value, also the variance.
