Update - 31st January 2023

Dear Stocktake Online Users,

As you will no doubt be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We are always striving to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please read the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

Today’s Update includes:

• Recipe Viewing Restrictions for Users
• Report Access Restrictions to Users

Recipe Viewing Restrictions for Users:

Users can be restricted from View Recipe Ingredients on the Recipe Page.

Please follow the steps:

Home >> User Management

If ‘CREATE’, ‘MODIFY’ & ‘VIEW’ recipe rights are not enabled for any user then they cannot copy, edit & delete the recipe from their end.

Report Access Restriction to Users:

Accessibility to reports can be controlled through User Management features.

Kindly follow the steps below:

Go to>> Setup >> Location Setup >> Location Details and Settings >> Report Access to users.

Once “Block ALL Users access except ALLOWED” is selected, all users will be restricted from viewing reports under the “Reports” section unless enabled individually from “Report Rights” as per the requirement.
