Dear Stocktake Online Users,

 

As you will undoubtedly be aware, Stocktake Online is a constantly evolving system. We always strive to improve our software and service, incorporating ideas from the hospitality industry and you, our users. In listening to feedback from various sources, we find improvements to be made and tweaks to implement. 

Please take a look at the following notes on the changes we have made and the new features we have added and as always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like any extra information on the changes to Stocktake Online.

 

Update includes:

  • Posted / Not posted Invoice on the list deliveries page (Useful feature if have accounting integration)

  • Add filter on Stock Review Page
  • "Items with Qty only" feature under Approve Order By Template

Posted / Not posted Invoice on the list deliveries page

Users can now bifurcate & filter the deliveries that have been posted from the List Deliveries option. Using the dropdown as per requirement, deliveries can be filtered. Delivery with invoice posted will list all the deliveries that have been posted already & it will have a symbol in front of the invoice number. Delivery without invoice posted will list all the deliveries for which invoice posting is pending & All will list all the deliveries.

 

Add filter on Stock Review Page

A count filter has been added on the stock review page to review product counting as needed. After selecting the period & category, the relevant filter option can be selected - Not Counted will show all the products with pending stocktake, Counted will show the products with completed stocktake & All will show all the products with or without counts.

"Items with Qty only" feature under Approve Order By Template

After creating orders, a filter for reviewing/editing products with quantity has been added under by template option in the approval stage. Please note, this isn't an auto-save page so any changes made should be saved manually using the "Save order" option.
